Riley Kennedy joined Woodward in January 2017 as the Director of Organizational Development. In this role, Riley focuses on implementing strategic organizational change and aligning Woodward’s team culture with the vision of the organization. Her responsibilities include goal-setting, employee development and career-pathing, feedback and evaluation programs, incentive compensation programs, and communications. Riley also manages Woodward’s community outreach and marketing teams.
Prior to joining the Woodward team, Riley was the founding Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff at Collegiate Academies, a charter school management organization in New Orleans. In this role, she helped grow the organization from one high school to four, leading many of the non-academic functions of the network. Riley previously worked in New York City as a Brand Manager at Revman International and with Leontine Linens at Bergdorf Goodman and Leontine’s home office in New Orleans. Riley earned a bachelor of science in management at the A. B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.
